Our 4-Star Maintenance agreement has you covered. It gives you two check-ups a year; one for heating and one for cooling, including cleaning the outdoor unit (most companies charge extra for this). The benefits of being on the maintenance plan also include: Priority service – when we get busy, out maintenance agreement customers come first; We waive the service call fee/diagnostic fee; You receive discounts on any repairs 2-year warranty on those repairs; Should your system need replacement, we give you a triple pay-back deposit towards the new system – you get triple your maintenance agreement fee credited on a new General Air system!
