The sooner our professionally trained and certified technicians can evaluate and repair your system the less costly and extensive those repairs are likely to be. Our great maintenance agreement makes it easy to keep your heater and air conditioner in proper working condition. It includes 2 maintenance visits: a cooling check–up including a cleaning of the condenser coils as well as a furnace safety inspection during which we will check for gas leaks and the presence of carbon monoxide. You receive 7–day emergency repairs, a waived service call with repairs as well as discounts, and a double warranty on all repairs (2 years).
